3:00 am wake up
4:00 am running 22km
6:00 am strength and conditioning for 4 hours
10:00 am sparring with 3 partners for 25 rounds
1:00 pm sprints for 5 km
1:20 pm sparring with 5 people 20 rounds
5:00 mitts for 4 hours
9pm stretching all muscles 3 hours
12am running 70km
2am rest for 1 hour
